Pamela Kalinoski is a former walk-on turned Team Captain and NCAA MVP at the University of North Carolina under legendary coach Anson Dorrance, winner of 22 NCAA titles and former U.S. Women’s National Team coach. A four-time NCAA National Champion who went undefeated throughout her collegiate career, Pamela understands firsthand the discipline, pressure, and commitment required to compete—and thrive—at the highest level.

After her playing career, Pamela went on to become a Division I Head Coach at the University of San Francisco, where she continued to lead and mentor young athletes on and off the field. With over 25 years of experience working with high school girls as a coach, mentor, and counselor, she brings a unique combination of elite athletic background, coaching expertise, and a deep understanding of the emotional and developmental needs of young female athletes.

Pamela’s coaching philosophy is rooted in developing the whole person, not just the athlete. She is passionate about helping girls discover their inner strength, build mental resilience, and grow into confident, capable leaders—both on and off the field.
